November 24, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from November 1, 2025, in accordance with the requirements of providers making penalty payments, a commission fee is applied to penalty payments, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
It was also clarified in which banks the commission is applied: “The commission of 0.40 AZN applied at the time of payment is carried out in compliance with the same rule in all banks.
There is no charge for using the system when paying through the state payment portal. The form in which fees for collection services are charged is determined by the relevant service organization.”
The CBA also reported that the applied commission relates only to fines imposed under the Administrative Code for traffic violations.
