ABC.AZ informs that “soldier cards" were developed for this purpose.

The distribution of “soldier's cards” to military personnel has already begun.

Military expert, Reserve Colonel Ibrahim Rustamli told our website that “soldier's cards” are used to ensure transparency.:

"Previously, salaries for military personnel were given on time sheets, that is, the soldier signed and received the money. Now payments will be made through the "soldier's card". This is of great importance from angle of transparency and will help prevent cases of bribery to a certain extent."
