October 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank has issued a binding order to Mpay, a company operating in the payment market.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the CBA, that during routine inspections at MPay, violations of the requirements of relevant legislation and regulations were revealed.

In this regard, the company has been issued a binding order to terminate the provision of services beyond the scope of activities provided for in Articles 3.1 and 5.1 of the Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems.
