September 30, Fineko/abc.az. According to an analysis conducted by the Media Analysis Center, based on official figures published by the State Statistics Committee, the amount of finances spent annually on construction & installation works has increased over the first 6 months of the last 5 years.

ABC.AZ informs that in 2021, 3.65 bn manats were spent on construction & installation works in the country, this year this figure grew by 72.9%, or by 2.66 bn manats up to 6.31 bn manats.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the amount of finances spent on construction & installation works in the country increased by 14.5%, or 800 million manats, compared with Jan-Jun 2024. In the first 6 months of this year, 39.75% of the finances spent on construction & installation works in the country, or 2.51 bn manats, accounted for construction & installation works in Baku.

And in the occupation-liberated regions, the volume of construction & installation works amounted to 1.99 bn manats. This amount makes up 31.51% of construction & installation works performed in the country in the first 6 months.

The remaining construction & installation works for 1.81 bn manats were carried out in other regions. And this amount is 28.74% of the total indicator.
