September 22, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan and Modon Holding (UAE) have signed a cooperation agreement on the development of the "City within a City" concept.

ABC.AZ informs that Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov and holding’s chairman Jassem Mohammed Bou Ataba Al Zaabi signed a document within the 1st Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF 2025), held in Baku.

The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov and UAE Minister of Investment Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi.
