Nakhchivan utilizes only 29.4% of allocated state investment funds

17:47 - 8.09.2025

September 8, Fineko/abc.az. Between January and June 2025, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic spent 6.3 million manats, or 29.4%, of the 21.5 million manats allocated for state investments.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the Chamber of Accounts’ semiannual budget execution report, despite the allocation of funds across 31 sectors, a substantial portion remained unutilized.

Notably, 7.2 million manats were allocated to 12 organizations, yet no implementation actions were recorded for these funds.

The Chamber highlighted that this reflects slow progress on infrastructure and construction projects and points to significant deficiencies in planning and financing mechanisms.
