September 1, Fineko/abc.az – New steps are being taken to improve the efficiency of the construction and operation permit process in Azerbaijan.

According to ABC.AZ, this is reflected in the World Bank Group’s 2025 roadmap for the “Doing Business (Registering and Leasing Property)” indicator in the Business Ready report.

On the electronic construction portal, the technical and institutional feasibility of implementing live chat functions and electronic notifications will be assessed, funding needs will be identified, and proposals will be prepared and submitted to the commission.

The plan also includes studying and addressing existing issues related to receiving feedback and technical requirements. Relevant authorities will monitor the submission of feedback and technical requirements within the deadlines specified by law, and quarterly reports on this process will be prepared and presented for discussion at working group meetings.
