On August 22, a documents signing ceremony was held in Turkmenbashi with the participation of Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, and Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
