Brent and WTI decline amid expectations of negotiations between U.S. and Russia

August 11, Fineko/abc.az. Global crude oil prices continued to decline during Asian trading.

ABC.AZ infoms that crude oil Brent fell by 0.5% to reach $66.26 per barrel, while WTI fell 0.6% to $63.49 per barrel. The cause of the drop was expectations of upcoming negotiations between the U.S. and Russia on the situation in Ukraine, as well as tension over possible changes to U.S. sanctions.
