August 7, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2025, 1.5 bcm of associated gas were transferred from oilfield block Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli to the Azerbaijani state, in particular to SOCAR, through Sangachal terminal, as well as the platform at Neft Dashlari (Oil Rocks), which is 25% more year-on-year.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to BP’s report devoted to the 1st half of this year that the average daily supply of gas from ACG to SOCAR was 8 million cu m.

"The rest of the produced associated gas was pumped back into the collector to maintain pressure," the report says.
Part of the associated gas extracted at ACG is transferred to SOCAR free of charge.
The distribution of shares in ACG is as follows: BP – 30.37% (operator), AzACG (SOCAR) – 31.65%, MOL – 9.57%, Inpex – 9.31%, ExxonMobil – 6.79%, TPAO – 5.73%, Itochu – 3.65% and ONGC Videsh Ltd. (OVL) – 2.92%.
