July 28, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank continues its educational activities aimed at ensuring transparency and legal compliance in the securities market.

ABC.AZ informs that as the next step in this direction, template forms of prospectuses have been developed within the Rules on Requirements for the Prospectus & Information Memorandum, taking into account the issuer and the types of documents.

The main purpose of the newly developed templates is to minimize the shortcomings made in the preparation of issue prospectuses and information memoranda, improve the overall quality of documents, and simplify and more efficiently organize the paperwork process for issuers and underwriters.
