July 24, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2025, 16 insurance companies operating in Azerbaijan gathered the premiums for 817.048 million manats.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, that the figure is 12.7% more versus Jan-Jun 2024.

The amount of compensation payments made by insurance companies for Jan-Jun 2025 amounted to 432.198 million manats (21.2% more year-on-year).

For the past 6 months, 52.9 manats of payments were made for every 100 manats of insurance premiums. In the same period of last year, this figure was 49.2 manats.
