July 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued a mandatory order to insurance companies Atasıgorta and A-Qroup Sığorta.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the CBA that during the monitoring in both insurance companies it was revealed that no civil law contracts were concluded with independent experts.

In this regard, in accordance with the requirements of Article 102 of the Law on Insurance Activities, a mandatory order has been issued to companies.
