June 30, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of this year, Azerbaijan invested $30.4 million in the Georgian economy (5-fold more against Q1 of 2024), ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank.

The share of Azerbaijan's investments in the Georgian economy in overall investments grew from 1.8% to 9.7% for Q1 of 2025.

During the quarter, Georgia invested $10.2 million in direct investments in the Azerbaijani economy. This is 10.7% more than 1 year ago.
The share of Georgia's investments in Azerbaijan's economy in the total volume of investments increased from 0.6% to 0.7% for Q1 of 2025.
