June 4, Fineko/abc.az. Hungary is expanding investments in Azerbaijan's energy projects. A new agreement was signed at the Baku Energy Forum.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made at the Baku Energy Forum by Márk Alföldy-Boruss, Deputy State Secretary for Energy Policy at the Hungarian Ministry of Energy.

He noted that cooperation in the energy sector between Hungary and Azerbaijan has entered a strategic phase. After successful five-year partnership, the main terms of the new energy agreement between the parties were agreed.

Márk Alföldy-Boruss also noted that Hungary supports Azerbaijan's policy in the field of green energy and is ready for further cooperation in this field.
