June 2, Fineko/abc.az. Prices or oil of benchmark grades are rising in Monday's trading.

The price of Brent crude oil futures for August on the ICE Futures exchange increased by $1.54 (2.45%) to $64.32 per barrel by 09:15. Following the trading on May 30, August’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.57 (0.90%) to $62.78 per barrel.

The price of July’s WTI crude oil futures on the NYMEX commodity exchange rose by $1.76 (2.90%) to $62.55 per barrel by 09:15. Following the trading on May 30, WTI oil futures for July declined in price by $0.15 (0.25%) to $60.79 per barrel.

Over the past week, Brent crude oil dropped by 1.36% and WTI crude oil by 1.2%. In May, Brent rose by 4.65%, WTI – by 4.43%.
