May 27, Fineko/abc.az. In 2024, corporate property tax receipts in Azerbaijan amounted to 338.5 million manats, with forecast of 364.7 million manats (26.2 million manats or 7.2% less than planned, but 45.7 million manats (15.6%) more than in 2023).

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the Bill on Execution of State Budget 2024.

According to the document, 65.1% (or 220.3 million manats) of revenues came from the non-oil/gas sector, and 34.9% (or 118.2 million manats) from the oil & gas sector.

Property tax receipts in the non-oil sector totaled 220.3 million manats (26.4 million manats or 10.7% less than the forecast). The reason for receiving lower revenues compared to the forecast is linked with the fact that the collection of property taxes accrued on the non-oil sector was not carried out in full. Thus, when calculating the property tax on the non-oil sector of 286.7 million manats, only 76.8% of them were provided for payment to the State Budget.
