Oil price goes up, Brent - $61.20 a barrel

May 6, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are rising in Tuesday's trading, recovering from a decline in the previous sessions.

The price of Brent crude oil futures for July on the ICE Futures exchange grew by $0.97 (1.61%) to $61.20 per barrel by 09:21. Following the trading on May 5, July’s Brent crude futures fell by $1.06 (1.73%) to $60.23 per barrel.

The price of June’s WTI crude oil futures at the NYMEX commodity exchange increased by $0.93 (1.63%) to $58.06 per barrel by 09:21. Following the trading on May 5, WTI oil futures for June decreased in price by $1.16 (1.99%), to $57.13 per barrel.
