March 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued a banking license to the branch of Azerpocht LLC in Shusha.

ABC.AZ informs, with reference to the CBA, that the number of postal branches that have received a banking license has reached 29.

The Shusha branch is the second postal branch in the territories liberated from occupation to receive such a license.

On November 18, 2024, the CBA also issued a banking license to the Azerpocht branch in Khankendi. This was the first license issued to postal branches in the occupation-liberated territories.
