March 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued a license to Baku Pay LLC for the right to operate as an electronic money organization.

ABC.AZ informs, with reference to the CBA, that the license was issued in accordance with the Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems.

"The assessment of other organizations that have applied for a license to provide payment services is currently ongoing," the CBA says.
