March 3, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices of benchmark grades are rising in Monday's trading.

The price of Brent crude oil futures for May on the ICE Futures exchange increased by $0.30 (0.41%) to $73.11 per barrel by 09:33. Following the trading on February 28, May Brent crude futures fell by $0.76 (1.03%) to $72.81 per barrel.

The price of April’s WTI crude oil futures on the NYMEX commodity exchange rose by $0.30 (0.43%) to $70.06 per barrel by 09:33. Following the trading on February 28, WTI oil futures for April declined in price by $0.59 (0.84%), to $69.76 per barrel.

Following the past week, crude oil Brent lost 1.68% and WTI - 0.91%. In February, Brent fell by 4.66%, WTI - by 3.82%.
