February 5, Fineko/abc.az. Mukhtar Babayev has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, according to an order signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

By another presidential order, Babayev has been appointed as the Azerbaijani President's Representative on Climate Issues.
