December 25, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the establishment of a state commission to investigate the causes of the crash of AZAL’s plane Embraer 190 which carried out flight J2-8243 Baku-Grozny near Aktau and take appropriate measures.
