Banks that customers were most dissatisfied with in October – LIST

November 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has published an index of customer complaints about the use of banking services for October 2024.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the specified index that the largest number of complaints for the specified period was received by Bank Eurasia. The second bank that customers were most dissatisfied with was Bank of Baku.

Yelo Bank is on the third line of the rating, and Express Bank is on the fourth. UniBank, Azer Turk Bank and Xalq Bank also receive frequent complaints.
