October 24, Fineko/abc.az. As of October 1, 2024, the amount of overdue loans in Azerbaijan totaled 480 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that this figure is 1.5% or 6.9 million manats higher against September 1, 2024.

Compared with the beginning of 2024, overdue loans increased by 9.8%, and compared with October 1, 2023, they decreased by 7.5%.

The share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio (including non-banking organizations and credit unions) declined by 0.6 p.p. versus the 2023 same term, making up 1.7%.
