October 16, Fineko/abc.az. The price indices of the housing market in Azerbaijan for the 3rd quarter of 2024 have been published.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Statistics Committee, in the 3rd quarter of 2024, housing market prices grew by 3.8% versus Q2 of 2024.

Prices in the primary housing market rose in price by 4.3% and in the secondary market by 3.7%.

From January to September 2024, prices in the housing market increased by 9.2%, in the primary housing market by 10.3%, and in the secondary housing market by 9.1% compared with Jan-Sept 2023.
