Türkiye imposes anti-dumping duties on steel from Russia

October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Türkiye has imposed anti-dumping duties on imports of hot-rolled flat steel from major manufacturers in Russia, China, India and Japan.

ABC.AZ informs that the Turkish Ministry of Commerce conducted an analysis of the relevant transactions and concluded that pricing affects the interests of domestic industry and manufacturers.

The measures introduced by the Ministry and published in the official government reporter concern almost the entire range of hot-rolled flat steel. In relation to Russia, additional tariffs will be applied to imports of steel from Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (6.1% of the customs value of CIF), Novolipetsk Steel (6.1%), and other manufacturers, including Severstal (9%).
