October 11, Fineko/abc.az. Apple brand remains the most expensive in the world for the 12th year in a row.
ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Best Global Brands ranking, which is compiled annually by Interbrand Corp.
The value of Apple brand decreased by 3% during the year to $488.9 billion.
Microsoft brand remained in the 2nd position, adding 11% in price (up to $352.5 billion). In 3rd place, as a year earlier, is Amazon brand, which rose in price by 8% (to $ 298.1 billion).
Google remained on the 4th line, the value of which rose by 12% (to $ 291.3 billion), and Samsung was on the 5th (an increase of 10%, to $100.8 billion).
This is followed by Toyota (a rise of 13%, to $72.8 billion), Coca-Cola (an increase of 5%, to $61.2 billion), Mercedes-Benz (a decrease of 4%, to $58.9 billion), McDonald's (an increase of 4%, to $53 billion) and BMW (an increase of 2% to $52 billion).
The most significant increase in value this year was demonstrated by the Ferrari brands (+21%, to $13.1 billion) and YouTube (+16%, to $30.1 billion), which took 62nd and 24th place in the ranking.
Meanwhile, the value of the Tesla brand (SPB: TSLA) fell by 9% (to $45.5 billion, 12th place), which was one of the strongest declines in the rating. In addition, Intel's value collapsed by 30% (to $19.7 billion, 37th position), Disney - by 11% (to $42.8 billion, 16th place), 3M - by 10% (to $8.9 billion, 79th place).
This year's ranking was supplemented by four participants - Nvidia ($20 billion, 36th position), Pandora ($7.1 billion, 91st position), Range Rover ($6.6 billion, 96th position) and Jordan ($6.4 billion, 99th position). In addition, the list again includes the brands Uber ($9.2 billion, 78th line) and LG ($6.5 billion, 97th line).
The total value of the top 100 brands is estimated at $3.4 trillion.
