September 25, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization PSG Finance LLC, most of the authorized capital of which belongs to company Practical Solutions Middle East FZ (PSG), registered in Dubai, will enter the market under a new name.
ABC.AZ reports that according to the decision of the management, NBCO PSA Finance will now be called NBCO Monetri LLC.
This credit institution, founded in 2013, currently has authorized capital of 10 million manats. 75.0% of the authorized capital belongs to Practical Solutions Middle East FZ, 12.5% to Faig Mammadov, 12.5% to Chaparxana KFT.
The NBCO has suspended its official names on the Internet or social networks for some time. Nevertheless, the NBCO officially operates under the old name in many state accounting registers.
