September 25, Fineko/abc.az. At today's meeting the Tariff (Price) Council has made a decision to regulate prices for another group of medicines.
ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Tariff Council that the upper price limit for 156 new medicines registered by the state was approved at the meeting, and the upper limit for 50 medicines was lowered. In order to ensure the reliability of supplies, the upper price limit for 24 medicines has also been changed.
A complete list of medicines with an approved upper limit of their price, taking into account the trade name, pharmaceutical form, name of the active substance, dosage, trade packaging, quantity, and country of manufacture is available in the section "medicines" (http://tariff.gov.az/documents/DVA.pdf ) of the official website of the Tariff (Price) Council (www.tariff.gov.az ).
The decision will come into force on October 1 In 2024.
