August 27, Fineko/abc.az. The surface area of the Sarsang reservoir of Garabagh, which has rich water resources, has increased at a record level compared to previous years, Azercosmos told ABC.AZ.

Although there was a certain increase and decrease in the water surface of the reservoir during the years 2014-2023, the analysis of satellite images of 2024 shows that the water surface area reached the maximum level - 1065 hectares during the last 10 years.

Noted that Azercosmos continuously conducts analyzes for the purpose of efficient use of water resources in Azerbaijan.
