This statement was made by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in his address to the participants of the 4th International Conference within the Baku Dialogue format on the theme "Strengthening Trust and Developing Effective Mechanisms for Resolving the Problem of Missing Persons."

"Today, the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons is further expanding its activities, implementing intensive measures to determine the whereabouts of missing citizens and identify mass graves," the head of state emphasized.
