July 18, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2024, our country exported 17,753 tons of sugar for $13.574 million.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Customs Committee that Azerbaijan’s sugar exports decreased by $1.18 million or 8% in value terms and by 2,510 tons or 12% in quantitative terms against Jan-Jun 2023.

In 6 months of 2023, 20,265 tons of sugar for $14.753 million were exported from Azerbaijan.

This year, sugar accounted for 0.11% of total exports, while non-oil exports — about 0.85%.
