July 10, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan produced GDP for 59.5 billion manats for Jan-Jun 2024 (4.3% more versus Jan-Jun 2023), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Statistics Committee.

Value added in the oil & gas sector of the economy grew by 0.6% and in the non-oil/gas sector - by 6.9%.

Industry accounted for 38.5% of GDP production, 9.7% - trade, vehicle repair, 7% - transport and warehousing, 5.8% - construction, 5.8% - agriculture, forestry and fisheries, 2.4% - tourist accommodation and catering, 19.5% - other sectors. Net taxes on products and imports made up 9.6% of GDP.

GDP per capita reached 5,841 manats.
