July 1, Fineko/abc.az. The Competition Code came into force in Azerbaijan on July 1, 2024, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision (under the Ministry of Economy).

The Code, consisting of 12 chapters and 84 articles, will create opportunities for the development of favorable business environment in the country, increasing the number of business entities and attracting investments into the economy.
