June 3, Fineko/abc.az. Central Bank's foreign exchange reserves increased by $53 million over the past month, which is the largest monthly increase in 2024.

Foreign exchange reserves as of May 31, 2024 amounted to $11.713 bn, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA.

And over Jan-May 2024, Central Bank's foreign exchange reserves increased by $2.538 bn, or by 27.6%.

The CBA said that Central Bank's intervention in the foreign exchange market was focused on buying.
