May 31, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, a fine is imposed for the production of tobacco products without registration.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences, which was put up for discussion at today's Milli Majlis meeting.

According to the draft, officials will be fined from 5,000 to 7,000 manats for production of tobacco products without registration, provided for in accordance with the Law on Tobacco & Tobacco Products, and legal entities - from 10,000 to 12,000 manats.

The bill was put to the vote and adopted in the third reading.
