Bashkortostan wants to buy products from Azerbaijan that it does not produce

April 24, Fineko/abc.az. Bashkortostan ranks 4th among Russian regions in terms of economic development and investment opportunities.

ABC.AZ reports that Deputy PM of Bashkortostan, Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov said about this when speaking at the Azerbaijan-Bashkortostan business forum.

He noted that Bashkortostan has great production potential in agriculture: "Bashkortostan annually produces more than 400,000 tons of milk and dairy products, 450,000 tons of meat and meat products, about 1 million tons of sunflower oil, 12,000 tons of honey."

The minister noted that Bashkortostan wants to buy products from Azerbaijan that it does not produce itself, and export products that Azerbaijan needs.
