April 22, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are falling in Monday’s trading after a rise following the past week.

The price of June’s Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange fell by $0.84 (0.96%) to $86.45 per barrel by 09:37. Following the trading on April 18, Brent crude futures for June rose by $0.18 (0.21%) to $87.29 per barrel.

The price of WTI crude oil futures for June on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) dropped by $0.81 (0.99%) to $81.41 per barrel by 09:37. Following the trading on April 18, the price of WTI crude oil futures for June increased by $0.12 (0.15%) to $82.22 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent oil fell by 3.5% and WTI oil by 2.9%.
