April 9, Fineko/abc.az. Grand Logistics Center LLC has merged with Grand Logistics Center Property LLC and as a result of this merger was reorganized into Grand Logistics Center LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that from the date of state registration of the affiliation, Grand Logistcs Center Property LLC ceases its activity (is being liquidated) and announces the transfer of all rights and obligations under the act of transfer to Grand Logistcs Center LLC.

Grand Logistics Center Property LLC was registered in December 2023, the authorized capital is 10,975,439 manats.
