April 8, Fineko/abc.az. Two companies owned by the same person are under liquidation in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the companies being liquidated are SZS LLC and NBM LLC.

In connection with the liquidation of both companies, creditors can report their claims within two months to the address: 1021 Baku, Sabail district, Badamdar highway, 11, apartment 8.

It should be noted that SZS LLC was established on May 31, 2017, and NBM LLC – on April 9, 2018.

The authorized capital of both companies is 100 manats. Their legal representative is Farid Yusifov.
