February 12, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in morning trading on Monday after rising by 6.3% following the previous week.

The price of April’s Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange decreased by $0.26 (0.32%) to $81.93 per barrel by 09:35. Following the trading on February 9, Brent crude futures for April rose by $0.56 (0.69%) to $82.19 per barrel.

The price of WTI oil futures for March on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) fell by $0.26 (0.34%) to $76.58 per barrel by 09:35. Following the trading on February 9, the price of March’s WTI oil futures grew by $0.62 (0.81%) to $76.84 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent crude oil rose by 6.28% and WTI by 6.31%.
