In accordance with the new decree "On the indexation of labor pensions" signed by President Ilham Aliyev, in accordance with the annual level of the consumer price index for the previous year, pension funds registered in the personal accounts of insured persons before January 1, 2024, are also indexed and increased by 8.8%, ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection.

For example, if 50,000 manats of pension capital are accumulated in a personal account, this amount will be increased by 8.8%, that is, by 4,400 manats, up to 54,400 manats.
