January 25, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the application of Law #1079-VIQD from December 26, 2023 "On amendments to the Law on Mediation.

ABC.AZ reports that guided by Paragraphs 19 and 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, in connection with the entry into force of the Law #1079-VIQD from December 26, 2023 "On amendments to the Law on Mediation", in order to ensure the application of this law, the Cabinet Ministers of Azerbaijan is instructed to prepare and to submit proposals to the Azerbaijani President on improvement of the Law on Mediation.

The Cabinet was also tasked to resolve other issues arising from Law #1079-VIQD from December 26, 2023 "On amendments to the Law on Mediation".
