January 17, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, preferential loans were given to four projects implemented in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that Osman Khaliyev, chairman of board of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, said about this at the event devoted to the results of 2023.

"In 2023, the EDF began giving preferential loans to entrepreneurs working in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Thus, 27 entrepreneurs operating in the NAR took advantage of a preferential loan in the amount of AZN 2.2 million. In addition, preferential loans were given for four projects in the territories liberated from occupation. The total amount of concessional loans given for these projects amounted to AZN 11.5 million," Khaliyev said.
