January 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku City Master Plan is modeled on the sample of Vienna, ABC.AZ reports, quoting chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture Anar Guliyev.

"When we developed the Master Plan, Vienna and Dubai were used as the basis for comparison. We know that Dubai is creating serious infrastructure for pedestrian traffic. Vienna is a city where it is convenient to use public transport. Comparing, we took a Vienna as a sample," Guliyev said.
