ABC.AZ reports that MP Vahid Ahmadov stated about this at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.
Ahmadov said that he regularly conducts negotiations with the tax service: "We should consider the issue of microentrepreneurs at least at the end of the first quarter. We must support microentrepreneurs. A new Tax Code should be adopted and a Budget Code should be developed."
Committee’s chairman Tayir Mirkishili commented the opinion on microentrepreneurs: "There is a problem with transfer of profits between legal entities and microenterprise entities. After certain period of time, we will conduct analyses, and in accordance with the result, it is possible to make certain changes to the legislation. The purpose of changing the law on microentrepreneurs is not to charge them more taxes."
