January 16, Fineko/abc.az. There are cities built on the site of industrial enterprises. An example is the White City. And this process will continue.

ABC.AZ reports that Anar Guliyev, the chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture, made the above-said statement at the presentation ceremony of the Baku City Master Plan until 2040.

He noted that the main reform envisaged by the Master Plan is an integrated approach:

"Only light industry will remain in the center. The vast majority of buildings inhabited by IDPs are in disrepair. The process of their resettlement in Karabakh continues accordingly. After their relocation, an inspection of these buildings will be carried out. Their conversion may be provided for by construction for the appropriate purpose."
