January 11, Fineko/abc.az. Oil production in Azerbaijan in December 2023 amounted to 480,000 b/d.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in Platts’ review conducted by S&P Global Commodity Insights.

As of December, Azerbaijan's quota for oil production under the OPEC+ deal was 684,000 b/d.

Thus, according to S&P Global Commodity Insights, Azerbaijan lagged behind the OPEC+ quota by 204,000 b/d in December 2023.
