January 10, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan imported 293,492 electric irons from abroad for $5.951 million.

This is $2.418 million or 68.5% more in value terms, and 110,854 irons or 60.7% more in quantitative terms versus the same period of 2022, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

From January to October 2022, 182,632 irons worth $3.532 million were exported.

The import price for one iron this year was $20 (34 manats), and last year it was $19 ($33). Thus, the import price has increased by $1 (4.8%) over the past year.
